Bangalore to Sringeri - Sharadamba Temple
A long overland drive through the Deccan foothills and Shiradi Ghat brings you to Sringeri, one of India's most serene pilgrimage towns, perched on the Tunga River in the Western Ghats.
Sringeri Abhishekam, Kollur Mookambika Darshan and Udupi
The most spiritually concentrated day of the circuit - three major shrines in one arc, moving from the hills at Sringeri to the forest at Kollur and onto the coast at Udupi.
Udupi Ashta Mathas, Temples and Coastal Afternoon
A day dedicated to the depth of Udupi's devotional landscape - the eight mathas, the quieter Vaishnava shrines, and an optional coastal excursion to St. Mary's Island.
Udupi Morning and Return to Bangalore
A gentle final morning in Udupi before the long return drive through Shiradi Ghat to Bangalore.

- Modest dress required at all shrines - covered shoulders and below-knee clothing required
- Slip-on footwear essential - footwear is removed at every shrine and frequently across 4 days
- Small denomination notes for donations and prasad - card machines unreliable at Kollur and Sringeri
- Pre-book special seva or Abhishekam at Sringeri via the matha website - fills on festival weekends
- Personal water bottle - the Mookambika ropeway exit to shrine involves a 10-min walk in open sun
- Covered shoulders required at all shrines - shorts and sleeveless tops not permitted
- Footwear removed at all temple entrances - carry slip-on footwear for all 4 days
- Photography restricted inside all shrine sanctums - confirm with temple staff before shooting
- Non-Vaishnavas cannot enter Sri Krishna Matha inner sanctum - Kanakana Kindi window is the view

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Effective date: 28 Aug 2026
This policy applies to all Tours booked on Evynx, unless a specific tour page clearly states a different policy ("Special Policy"). By booking a Tour, you agree to the terms below.

- Booking Time
- The time your payment is successfully completed on Evynx.
- Start Time / Departure
- The departure time/date shown on the Tour detail page and confirmation.
- Refund Method
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless you choose Evynx Travel Credit (when offered).
Risk-Free 24-Hour Cancellation (Evynx Promise)
For all the Tours, you may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of Booking Time, provided the Tour departure is at least 7 days away.
Standard Cancellation Refunds (Tours)
Evynx Tours are listed as either Group Tour (fixed departure) or Private Tour (custom/private arrangement). Refund tiers depend on the tour type:
Group Tours (Fixed-Departure)
- More than 21 days before departure: 90% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 75% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund
Private Tours
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund
- 21–30 days before departure: 75% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund
Note: "No-show" includes failure to report at the designated meeting/boarding time.
Rescheduling & Name Change
- Rescheduling eligibility: If rescheduling is offered for your Tour, it will be shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation.
- Reschedule policy: Reschedule requests are subject to availability on the requested date. Differential price will be charged extra.
- Name change (Group Tours): Name changes may be allowed up to 48 hours before departure, subject to operator ID/permit rules.
Operator / Evynx-Initiated Cancellation
If a Tour is cancelled by the operator or Evynx:
- You will receive a 100% refund, or
- You may choose a free reschedule (if available).
Your choice will be provided in the booking support flow.
Weather, Safety, and Force Majeure
If a Tour is disrupted due to weather, road closures, government restrictions, safety advisories, natural events, or similar circumstances:
- First preference is rescheduling (no extra charge where possible).
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund depending on:
- If the Tour has not started: 100% refund
- If the Tour has already started: Pro-rata refund (unused days/activities) minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
Non-Refundable Components
Permits, entry tickets, special passes, or third-party reservations made in the traveler's name may be non-refundable once issued or booked.
Refund Timelines
- Evynx processes eligible refunds within 24–48 hours of approval.
- Banks/UPI may take 3–10 business days to reflect the amount.
