Delhi to Solang Valley - The Long Road North
Delhi to Solang Valley: 550 km overnight drive north on NH44 through Chandigarh, Mandi, and the Kullu valley into the glacial bowl at 2,480 m.
Solang Valley - Paragliding, Zorbing and Ground Adventures
Full activity day at Solang Valley - quad biking, zorbing, ropeway, paragliding, and the Anjani Mahadev Temple walk at 2,480 m under Hanuman Tibba.
Atal Tunnel to Lahaul - Sissu Waterfall and Chandra River
Drive north through Atal Tunnel into Lahaul valley - Sissu waterfall, Chandra River meadow, return to Solang, evening at Manali Tibetan market.
A Last Solang Morning and the Overnight Return to Delhi
An optional last mountain-biking descent on the Solang-Palchan forest road, or an easy morning for non-bikers, then checkout and the long overnight return drive to Delhi via Mandi and Chandigarh.

- Warm layered clothing - Solang Valley at 2,480 m drops to 5-10 C; paragliding wind is cold
- Sports footwear with grip soles for zorbing, ATV terrain and Anjani Mahadev trail
- Cash Rs 3,000-5,000 for Solang activity fees, meals and stalls with limited card terminals
- GoPro or action camera - paragliding, zorbing and ATV are prime action video moments at Solang
- Helmet-cam mount if own helmet used - certified operator helmets available at activity counters
- Sunscreen SPF 50+ for Solang Valley - high-altitude reflected UV from snow burn fast
- Atal Tunnel: 40 km/h speed limit, no stopping or photography inside - speed cameras operational
- Solang Valley activities only through certified counter operators - avoid unlicensed vendors at site
- Rohtang Pass requires separate NGT permit and Manali-registered local vehicle - operator can arrange

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Effective date: 28 Aug 2026
This policy applies to all Tours booked on Evynx, unless a specific tour page clearly states a different policy ("Special Policy"). By booking a Tour, you agree to the terms below.
Key Terms
- Booking Time
- The time your payment is successfully completed on Evynx.
- Start Time / Departure
- The departure time/date shown on the Tour detail page and confirmation.
- Refund Method
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless you choose Evynx Travel Credit (when offered).
Risk-Free 24-Hour Cancellation (Evynx Promise)
For all the Tours, you may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of Booking Time, provided the Tour departure is at least 7 days away.
Standard Cancellation Refunds (Tours)
Evynx Tours are listed as either Group Tour (fixed departure) or Private Tour (custom/private arrangement). Refund tiers depend on the tour type:
Group Tours (Fixed-Departure)
- More than 21 days before departure: 90% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 75% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund
Private Tours
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund
- 21–30 days before departure: 75% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund
Note: "No-show" includes failure to report at the designated meeting/boarding time.
Rescheduling & Name Change
- Rescheduling eligibility: If rescheduling is offered for your Tour, it will be shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation.
- Reschedule policy: Reschedule requests are subject to availability on the requested date. Differential price will be charged extra.
- Name change (Group Tours): Name changes may be allowed up to 48 hours before departure, subject to operator ID/permit rules.
Operator / Evynx-Initiated Cancellation
If a Tour is cancelled by the operator or Evynx:
- You will receive a 100% refund, or
- You may choose a free reschedule (if available).
Your choice will be provided in the booking support flow.
Weather, Safety, and Force Majeure
If a Tour is disrupted due to weather, road closures, government restrictions, safety advisories, natural events, or similar circumstances:
- First preference is rescheduling (no extra charge where possible).
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund depending on:
- If the Tour has not started: 100% refund
- If the Tour has already started: Pro-rata refund (unused days/activities) minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
Non-Refundable Components
Permits, entry tickets, special passes, or third-party reservations made in the traveler's name may be non-refundable once issued or booked.
Refund Timelines
- Evynx processes eligible refunds within 24–48 hours of approval.
- Banks/UPI may take 3–10 business days to reflect the amount.
