Itinerary
Lengpui Arrival - Solomon's Temple, State Museum and Bara Bazar
Arrive at Lengpui Airport and drive up to Aizawl. The afternoon covers Solomon's Temple at Chawlhhmun and the Mizoram State Museum. The evening walks the terraced Bara Bazar market before a welcome dinner at the hotel.
Hmuifang Pine Forest, Sialsuk Meadows and Falkawn Village
Drive south to Hmuifang Hill for a guided pine forest walk, continue to Sialsuk's open grassland plateau, and visit Falkawn Cultural Village before returning to Aizawl for the evening. All nights remain at the city hotel.
Reiek Tlang Summit Trek and Heritage Village
A full guided trek day to Reiek Tlang's 1,548-metre summit through mossy subtropical forest, followed by the Reiek Heritage Village and Luangmual Handicraft Centre on the return. Farewell bonfire dinner at the Aizawl hotel in the evening.
Durtlang Sunrise and Lengpui Departure
An optional early walk to Durtlang Hills viewpoint for a cloud-wrapped city sunrise, followed by a leisurely breakfast and checkout before the descent to Lengpui Airport.

- Mizoram ILP mandatory for all Indian nationals - apply at ilp.mizoram.gov.in 5 days before arrival
- Carry 3 printed ID copies and 2 passport photos - required at Mizoram hotels and checkposts
- Carry Rs 3,000-5,000 in cash - UPI and mobile data unavailable at Hmuifang, Reiek, and Falkawn
- Warm jacket - Aizawl and Hmuifang cool sharply at night and Reiek's summit is exposed and windy
- Waterproof trekking shoes - Reiek trail has wet mossy rock and uneven ground on the upper section
- Trekking poles for Reiek Tlang - the descent on loose rocky sections is significantly aided by poles
- No plastic or littering on Reiek and Hmuifang paths - community fines enforced by village councils
- Do not honk in Aizawl and maintain quiet public conduct - city-wide civic code strictly observed
- If Day 1 is a Sunday, State Museum pivots to Durtlang Hills - confirm tour start day at booking

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Effective date: 27 Aug 2026
This policy applies to all Tours booked on Evynx, unless a specific tour page clearly states a different policy ("Special Policy"). By booking a Tour, you agree to the terms below.
Key Terms
- Booking Time
- The time your payment is successfully completed on Evynx.
- Start Time / Departure
- The departure time/date shown on the Tour detail page and confirmation.
- Refund Method
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless you choose Evynx Travel Credit (when offered).
Risk-Free 24-Hour Cancellation (Evynx Promise)
For all the Tours, you may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of Booking Time, provided the Tour departure is at least 7 days away.
Standard Cancellation Refunds (Tours)
Evynx Tours are listed as either Group Tour (fixed departure) or Private Tour (custom/private arrangement). Refund tiers depend on the tour type:
Group Tours (Fixed-Departure)
- More than 21 days before departure: 90% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 75% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund
Private Tours
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund
- 21–30 days before departure: 75% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund
Note: "No-show" includes failure to report at the designated meeting/boarding time.
Rescheduling & Name Change
- Rescheduling eligibility: If rescheduling is offered for your Tour, it will be shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation.
- Reschedule policy: Reschedule requests are subject to availability on the requested date. Differential price will be charged extra.
- Name change (Group Tours): Name changes may be allowed up to 48 hours before departure, subject to operator ID/permit rules.
Operator / Evynx-Initiated Cancellation
If a Tour is cancelled by the operator or Evynx:
- You will receive a 100% refund, or
- You may choose a free reschedule (if available).
Your choice will be provided in the booking support flow.
Weather, Safety, and Force Majeure
If a Tour is disrupted due to weather, road closures, government restrictions, safety advisories, natural events, or similar circumstances:
- First preference is rescheduling (no extra charge where possible).
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund depending on:
- If the Tour has not started: 100% refund
- If the Tour has already started: Pro-rata refund (unused days/activities) minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
Non-Refundable Components
Permits, entry tickets, special passes, or third-party reservations made in the traveler's name may be non-refundable once issued or booked.
Refund Timelines
- Evynx processes eligible refunds within 24–48 hours of approval.
- Banks/UPI may take 3–10 business days to reflect the amount.
