Guwahati to Manas - Bodo Foothills Drive & Cultural Evening
A 4-hour northwest drive on NH27 through the Barpeta plains to Bansbari - the landscape shifting from Brahmaputra floodplain to sub-Himalayan mixed forest as the Bhutan hills appear on the horizon. Arrival at Manas and an evening in a Bodo tribal village on the park fringe.
Manas Deep Safari, Mathanguri Bhutan River & Night Safari

- Warm layers for 04:30 AM elephant safari at Kaziranga - mornings are cold year-round
- Earth-tone clothing for all safari days - no bright colours or patterns in the parks
- Cash (INR) for Majuli Island - no reliable ATM; withdraw from Jorhat before the ferry
- Binoculars 8x42+ for Manas Golden Langur, Kaziranga rhino, and Brahmaputra birding
- Camera with 300mm+ telephoto lens - for safari wildlife photography at both parks
- Light fleece for Majuli ferry crossings - Brahmaputra river breeze is chilly
- National parks: remain seated in vehicle at all times; no exiting on forest tracks
- Manas Night Safari: total silence; no white light or flash at any point on the route
- Manas Night Safari permit: pre-arranged by operator; no permit = no entry after dark
- Majuli satras: remove footwear at entrance; modest dress; no photography in shrine halls

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Effective date: 28 Aug 2026
This policy applies to all Tours booked on Evynx, unless a specific tour page clearly states a different policy ("Special Policy"). By booking a Tour, you agree to the terms below.

- The time your payment is successfully completed on Evynx.
- Start Time / Departure
- The departure time/date shown on the Tour detail page and confirmation.
- Refund Method
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless you choose Evynx Travel Credit (when offered).
Risk-Free 24-Hour Cancellation (Evynx Promise)
For all the Tours, you may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of Booking Time, provided the Tour departure is at least 7 days away.
Standard Cancellation Refunds (Tours)
Evynx Tours are listed as either Group Tour (fixed departure) or Private Tour (custom/private arrangement). Refund tiers depend on the tour type:
Group Tours (Fixed-Departure)
- More than 21 days before departure: 90% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 75% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund
Private Tours
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund
- 21–30 days before departure: 75% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund
Note: "No-show" includes failure to report at the designated meeting/boarding time.
Rescheduling & Name Change
- Rescheduling eligibility: If rescheduling is offered for your Tour, it will be shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation.
- Reschedule policy: Reschedule requests are subject to availability on the requested date. Differential price will be charged extra.
- Name change (Group Tours): Name changes may be allowed up to 48 hours before departure, subject to operator ID/permit rules.
Operator / Evynx-Initiated Cancellation
If a Tour is cancelled by the operator or Evynx:
- You will receive a 100% refund, or
- You may choose a free reschedule (if available).
Your choice will be provided in the booking support flow.
Weather, Safety, and Force Majeure
If a Tour is disrupted due to weather, road closures, government restrictions, safety advisories, natural events, or similar circumstances:
- First preference is rescheduling (no extra charge where possible).
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund depending on:
- If the Tour has not started: 100% refund
- If the Tour has already started: Pro-rata refund (unused days/activities) minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
Non-Refundable Components
Permits, entry tickets, special passes, or third-party reservations made in the traveler's name may be non-refundable once issued or booked.
Refund Timelines
- Evynx processes eligible refunds within 24–48 hours of approval.
- Banks/UPI may take 3–10 business days to reflect the amount.
