Arrive in Ayodhya and check in, then Ram Janmabhoomi darshan at the January 2024 temple, Kanak Bhawan and Hanuman Garhi, closing with the Saryu aarti at Ram Ki Paidi from a private boat.
Ayodhya to Prayagraj - the Drive to the Sangam City
A last Ayodhya morning - an early darshan or the riverside temples - then the highway drive south to Prayagraj, with an evening Ganga aarti on the ghats of the confluence city.
Prayagraj - the Triveni Sangam, the Fort and Departure
An early Triveni Sangam boat ride and the Bade Hanuman temple, then the Akshaya Vat beneath Prayagraj Fort and Anand Bhawan, before your onward departure from Prayagraj.
Requirements
What you’ll need and key rules before you go.
- Valid government photo ID for all travellers - required for Ram Janmabhoomi security entry
- No phones, bags or metal belts inside Ram Janmabhoomi - use the lockers at the outer gate
- Flat, comfortable footwear for ghat steps and temple precincts
- A light woollen layer for the Saryu and Sangam boats - river wind is cool October to February
- A copper vessel or flowers for the Sangam tarpan - sold at the ghat shops
- Dress modestly at all temples - full-length clothing preferred; avoid shorts and sleeveless wear
- No photography in the Ram Lalla sanctum or the Akshaya Vat underground chamber

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Effective date: 28 Aug 2026
This policy applies to all Tours booked on Evynx, unless a specific tour page clearly states a different policy ("Special Policy"). By booking a Tour, you agree to the terms below.

- Booking Time
- The time your payment is successfully completed on Evynx.
- Start Time / Departure
- The departure time/date shown on the Tour detail page and confirmation.
- Refund Method
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless you choose Evynx Travel Credit (when offered).
Risk-Free 24-Hour Cancellation (Evynx Promise)
For all the Tours, you may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of Booking Time, provided the Tour departure is at least 7 days away.
Standard Cancellation Refunds (Tours)
Evynx Tours are listed as either Group Tour (fixed departure) or Private Tour (custom/private arrangement). Refund tiers depend on the tour type:
Group Tours (Fixed-Departure)
- More than 21 days before departure: 90% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 75% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund
Private Tours
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund
- 21–30 days before departure: 75% refund
- 14–21 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund
Note: "No-show" includes failure to report at the designated meeting/boarding time.
Rescheduling & Name Change
- Rescheduling eligibility: If rescheduling is offered for your Tour, it will be shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation.
- Reschedule policy: Reschedule requests are subject to availability on the requested date. Differential price will be charged extra.
- Name change (Group Tours): Name changes may be allowed up to 48 hours before departure, subject to operator ID/permit rules.
Operator / Evynx-Initiated Cancellation
If a Tour is cancelled by the operator or Evynx:
- You will receive a 100% refund, or
- You may choose a free reschedule (if available).
Your choice will be provided in the booking support flow.
Weather, Safety, and Force Majeure
If a Tour is disrupted due to weather, road closures, government restrictions, safety advisories, natural events, or similar circumstances:
- First preference is rescheduling (no extra charge where possible).
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund depending on:
- If the Tour has not started: 100% refund
- If the Tour has already started: Pro-rata refund (unused days/activities) minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
Non-Refundable Components
Permits, entry tickets, special passes, or third-party reservations made in the traveler's name may be non-refundable once issued or booked.
Refund Timelines
- Evynx processes eligible refunds within 24–48 hours of approval.
- Banks/UPI may take 3–10 business days to reflect the amount.
