- Eravikulam NP closes February-March for Nilgiri Tahr calving - operator arranges alternative
- Eravikulam NP: no private vehicles beyond the ticket counter - last eco-bus up at 3 PM

Risk-Free 24-Hour Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of Booking Time, provided the experience start time is at least 48 hours away.
Standard Cancellation Refunds
- More than 7 days before start: 90% refund
- 3–7 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund
Refund Timelines
- Evynx processes eligible refunds within 24–48 hours of approval.
- Banks/UPI may take 3–10 business days to reflect the amount.
