Requirements
What you’ll need and key rules before you go.
- Government-issued photo ID for all border-area visits at Dera Baba Nanak
- Head covering (dupatta or scarf) at every gurdwara - carried in the vehicle
- Comfortable walking shoes - parikrama marble and gurdwara courtyards
- Modest, full-coverage clothing for all gurdwara visits
- Small torch for the pre-dawn Golden Temple hours in winter
- Binoculars for a clearer view of Kartarpur Sahib from the border viewpoint
- Light jacket for the Golden Temple's night causeway - cold after sunset Oct-Feb
- Remove shoes and cover head before entering any gurdwara complex at all times
- No alcohol or tobacco on or near any gurdwara premises
- No photography inside Gurudwara Shiri San Sahib's underground sanctum
- Photography may be restricted in sensitive sections near the Dera Baba Nanak border

Risk-Free 24-Hour Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of Booking Time, provided the experience start time is at least 48 hours away.
Standard Cancellation Refunds
- More than 7 days before start: 90% refund
- 3–7 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund
Refund Timelines
- Evynx processes eligible refunds within 24–48 hours of approval.
- Banks/UPI may take 3–10 business days to reflect the amount.
