Full Stack Engineer – Platform Systems

Role summary

As a Full Stack Engineer – Platform Systems, you will build and continuously improve the technology platform behind Evynx. You’ll work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows to develop reliable, scalable, and intuitive digital products. This is an AI-native engineering role where AI accelerates software development, testing, documentation, and engineering workflows. As an engineer, you remain fully accountable for architecture, code quality, security, performance, testing, and long-term maintainability. The systems you build will power Evynx today while forming reusable technology components for PADM’s future enterprise AI and decision platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve scalable product and platform capabilities across the Evynx technology stack.
• Develop frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and business workflows powering customer, partner, and internal systems.
• Design reusable platform components with strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Use AI-assisted engineering to accelerate development while maintaining full ownership of architecture, code quality, testing, and security.
• Participate in system design, code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
• Integrate AI capabilities, third-party services, and platform APIs where appropriate.
• Collaborate across Product, AI, and Business teams to deliver customer value.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma, and Git-based development workflows.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, debugging, testing, and code review practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) while maintaining full ownership of code quality and engineering decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with AI integrations, workflow automation, or LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.
• Experience building SaaS, marketplace, or workflow-driven platforms.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical software engineering experience.
• 2–5 years of experience building modern web applications or software products.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, APIs, databases, and scalable application architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building SaaS, marketplace, workflow-driven, or consumer internet products.
• Experience working in AI-native development environments using modern engineering tools.
• Contributions to open-source projects, personal technology projects, or developer communities.
• Experience in startup or high-growth product environments.
