Business Analyst – Decision Intelligence

Role summary

As a Business Analyst – Decision Intelligence, you will help transform data into better business decisions across product, operations, growth, customer experience, and partner success. You’ll build dashboards, analyse business performance, identify opportunities, and develop AI-assisted reporting that enables faster and better decision-making. This is an AI-native analytics role where AI accelerates data analysis, insight generation, and reporting. Your role is to ask the right business questions, validate insights, connect data across functions, and recommend actions that create measurable business impact. Your work will also contribute to the decision models that power PADM’s future enterprise intelligence platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into business performance and key metrics.
• Analyse customer, partner, product, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Develop AI-assisted reporting and automated insight generation workflows.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Product, Growth, Customer Success, and Leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Define, track, and continuously improve business KPIs and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and spreadsheet-based analysis.
• Comfortable using AI tools for data analysis, reporting, research, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Python for analytics or automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GA4, CRM, operational analytics, or product analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration.
• Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and business forecasting.
• Experience in travel, marketplaces, SaaS, or consumer internet businesses.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to solve business problems using data and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth product environments.
• Experience building executive dashboards and business performance reporting.
